Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mashal Collection. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Delivery Destinations
We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within Pakistan.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 is applied to all orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Mashal Collection is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
